Shipping policy

We know how eager you are to receive your order and will try to get it to you as soon as possible! Orders are processed and shipped on a biweekly basis, which means there may be a 2-3 day delay until you see your order has shipped. You will receive an email once it has shipped and a tracking number if available. 

US: Orders are sent via USPS or UPS.

International: Orders are sent via USPS First Class International Mail or UPS. Please be aware that there may be taxes/tariffs due upon receipt of your materials depending on where you live. This may require you to be available for the delivery or to contact your local carrier to pick up your package and pay the local taxes. An international customs number will be provided by the carrier and can be used to track the package until it leaves the US. Sometimes other countries will continue to use this number to track the package within your home country.
